How our pricing works
- Your flat price covers up to: 2 hours for sink, tub, shower, toilet and laundry drains · 3 hours for main sewer lines and jetting. Most jobs finish well within that.
- Need longer? Tough clogs, difficult access or older lines can take more time. We’ll tell you before any extra time starts.
- Extra time: $150/hr regular hours · $200/hr after hours (11pm–6am)
- After-hours visits (11pm–6am): add $100 to the service price.
- No surprises. You’re never charged for time or work you didn’t agree to.
Questions
How much does drain cleaning cost?
$200 for a clogged sink, tub or shower, $250 for a kitchen sink or washer drain, and from $200 for a toilet. Main sewer lines start at $350, with the camera check included. Every price is upfront, in CAD, plus tax.
Will the price change once you're here?
Our flat rate covers clearing the clog and the on-site time listed for that service: up to 2 hours for sinks, tubs, showers, toilets and laundry drains, up to 3 hours for main sewer lines and jetting. Most jobs finish well within that. If yours needs longer, we tell you before the extra time starts: $150/hr, or $200/hr after hours. You're never charged for work you didn't agree to.
What if it clogs again?
If a drain we cleared clogs again within 30 days, we'll come back and clear it at no charge. For main sewer lines, that applies when the camera showed no roots or damage. If it did, we'll have shown you the problem and your options. It doesn't cover new blockages from wipes, grease or objects put down the drain.
Do you take emergency calls?
Yes. We're open 6am–11pm every day, and outside those hours you can still call or text and we'll get to you as soon as we can. After-hours visits (11pm–6am) add $100 to the service price, and any extra time beyond the included hours is $200/hr.
Do I need to be home, and how do I pay?
Someone needs to let us in and be reachable while we work, whether that's you, a family member or a tenant. We take debit, credit card and Interac e-Transfer once the job is done.
